Problem:
Sticky dough is enough to slow down anyone's production facility, unless of course production parts are protected by one of General Magnaplate's coatings.  When a food processor in Canada found that dough was sticking to the rotary, hooper and knives on the production facility they tried a number of possible solutions, from vegetable oil to Teflon, without success.

Solution:
However, a consultation with General Magnaplate lead to the parts being coated in PLASMADIZE, a thermal spray coating that increases wear resistance while providing a dry lubricity to prevent sticky substances from attaching themselves to metal parts.  Not only has the food processor decreased clean-up time and reduced the amount of flour used, they also have a coating which meets USDA, FDA and AgriCanada codes.
