Problem:
This Company's strapping machines, which apply up to 18 straps a minute, have a reputation for high volume capabilities and maximum reliability. However, the steel and aluminum components involved are open to abrasive wear problems which will affect the smooth, unhampered action of the machine.

Solution:
By coating the aluminum parts with TUFRAM and the steel components with NEDOX, the base metals were permanently lubricated and protect the path traveled by the strapping during the high-speed strapping operation.
