We have made several capital improvements to our Arlington, Texas facility as part of our never-ending commitment to maintaining the highest standards for customer satisfaction, product quality and a cleaner environment. We care about the community we live and work in, as evidenced by our City of Arlington Wastewater and Pretreatment Award.

We are pleased to announce that among the capital investments made this year, is a new water treatment system we’ve just installed. Designed to process more water in a more sustainable way, the new system is a significant improvement over our previous system that relied on less-efficient equipment. By investing in state-of-the-art water treatment equipment, we are now able to:

• Process up to 40,000 gallons of water per day, if necessary.
• Use fewer chemicals to neutralize the water.
• Significantly reduce solid waste compared to our previous system.
• Monitor and control processes digitally.
• Reduce labor requirements.
• Make allowances for possible expansion, should the need arise.

After extensive testing of the waste we generate, the new system was tailor-made to our needs. Our investment includes new water tanks, new plumbing, drainage systems and floors. The entire project took over a year to plan, build, test and implement, with just one month of actual installation time.

This new water treatment system is yet another demonstration of how our dedication to continuous improvement and sustainability helps contribute to a cleaner environment.
