Quality Final Inspector

POSITION DETAILS
Job Location: Arlington, Texas
Position Type: Full-time
Division/Department: Quality
Reports To: Quality Inspection Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures all documents are correct and all information filled out and completed.
- Contacts Inspection Manager for clarification on part discrepancies.
- Ensures part count is correct and ensures parts are not damaged
- Ensures Final inspections are completed correctly in BlueStreak
- Ensures Final Inspection area is cleaned at the end of the day
- Assists Incoming Inspection
- Assists Inspection Manager with RCCA’s, NCR’s and C of C
- Communicates with Inspection Manager and Production Manager
- Upload Final Inspection Pictures into BlueStreak
- Follows QMS and Nadcap compliances
- Follows all policies and procedures and is in compliance with Final inspection
- Follows 6S compliances
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Requirements:
Minimum requirement High School, Technical School/Community College/College preferred
Required Skills:
- Candidates with previous Quality Control experience preferred
- Positive working attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills via telephone and email
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow strict Quality Control procedures
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and walking on the production floor
