As we close the books on fiscal year 2025, we want to extend our sincere gratitude for the hard work, collaboration, and dedication that define the Magnaplate team. Behind every successful project is a group of individuals committed to excellence — and we’ve continued to invest in that team to better serve our customers.

During our recent onsite Town Hall Meeting, we recognized our department of the quarter and team members who have gone above and beyond to support our customers’ needs. We also acknowledged employees marking significant work anniversaries — those with long tenures of service of 30 years or more.

Our successful year was celebrated with a series of teambuilding activities to strengthen communication and unity. From goat yoga and a friendly egg toss competition to a dress-up relay challenge and escape room experience, we enjoyed these moments of connection to reinforce the spirit of teamwork that drives exceptional results.

We’ve also introduced initiatives like a Farmer’s Fridge vending machine at our facility, providing convenient and healthy food options that keep our team energized and focused on delivering excellence.

As we look ahead, we’re excited to build on this momentum and our team’s positive spirit to achieve even greater results for our customers in the year ahead.
