At Magnaplate, we recently put our values into action and celebrated Earth Day with a few meaningful activities! Our team came together for a community trash walk, helping to tidy up our local neighborhood and make a visible difference. We also got our hands dirty with some garden prep, planting the beginnings of a fresh salsa garden — jalapenos, tomatoes and onions — all thanks to our own resident green thumb, John Larsen. A big thank you goes out to Megan Taylor and our dedicated Community Service Committee for organizing such a fantastic event!

Adding to the spirit of the day, Candi Aversenti, our Chairman of the Board, participated in the trash clean-up alongside her daughter Carlin and granddaughters Fiona and Scarlett, reflecting the dedication that runs through our company — from our team members to our leadership, including our CEO and Candi's daughter, Ashley Russo.

It felt wonderful to take these small, tangible steps towards supporting a cleaner and greener future together!
